- Fill out the form with your info
- Choose a date for your party (at least 3 weeks away from now for kit delivery)
- Choose the Party With a Purpose event from the drop down menu
- Hit the FIRST Submit (you do NOT need to fill out the “Event Submittal” section after submitting)
