2. Then GO HERE on your COMPUTER and use the Macy’s app to scan page 2 of the catalog. 
3. You’ll see a gift appear on your phone’s screen
4. Click that to get the form
5. They’ll text message your phone the gift card code.

Promo expires 11/17/13 and your code expires 12/17/13
